Acuity Inc. in Guadalupe, Nuevo León, Mexico, seeks a skilled professional to support channel customers with proactive order management and exemplary service.

You will handle order entry, project management, intake of inquiries, and resolution ownership, while training others and expanding customer relationships. The role requires advanced English, strong communication, and the ability to work independently or in a team, with Power BI usage and a travel requirement of 0–25%.

Responsabilidades

• Support channel customers with proactive order management.
• Handle order entry and project management from intake to shipment.
• Coordinate shipping and monitor orders using Power BI.
• Resolve order issues by coordinating with internal teams and customers.
• Act as navigator for CX org; handle pre-sale and support inquiries as needed.
• Contribute to annual initiatives to raise service levels and productivity.
