Henkel is seeking an Accountant Collector to lead timely recovery of the assigned credit portfolio and meet targets. You will analyze accounts receivable transactions, monitor payments, and generate monthly management reports while collaborating with local teams and leadership.

The role emphasizes cross‑functional cooperation, process improvement, and adherence to quality standards within a dynamic, international company.

Formación

• Advanced Excel and macros.
• SAP ERP knowledge and AR analysis.
• Financial analysis and Power BI skills preferred.
• Portuguese (Advanced) and English (Upper Intermediate).
• Negotiation, problem solving and analytical thinking are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Recover the value of credit sales in the period authorized by the company from customers under its responsibility.
• Reach or exceed the overdue target and minimize bad debt.
• Create synergy between Sales, Customer Service, Logistics, and Local Team to resolve collection issues.
• Apply Quality Management System per ISO 9001:2015 in daily activities.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities and provide admin support for the process.
