Job summary

Celtra is seeking a Creative Production Manager in Mexico to support clients relying on our Creative Services. You will collaborate with Customer Success to manage creative production, reviews, and campaign deployment on and off our platform.

In this fast-paced role you will learn our Celtra platform, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive successful campaigns while growing client value and revenue.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of client-facing creative production or project management experience.
• Exceptional project management and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven track record of working in a customer-facing role and managing end-to-end campaign execution for creative production to campaign execution.
• Degree preferred but not required if adequate experience.
• Ability to grow business in a strategic manner (i.e. creating new processes and initiatives).
• Be curious and coachable, driven to learn and grow.
• Do-er, proactive, independent thinker, a strong contributor.
• Excellent organization skills in a fast-moving environment with changing requirements.
• Strong collaboration, planning, and project management skills with a dispersed team.

Responsibilities

• Acting as a point of contact for a portfolio of creative service oriented clients, addressing queries and concerns.
• Project managing the creative design of ad products and successful deployment of digital creative for campaign execution.
• Scope creative production oriented projects and secure resources for effective execution.
• Partner with internal Celtra teams to align activities with the customer's business case and strategy.
• Possess an in-depth understanding of the Celtra platform to provide consultative best practices for creative production.
• Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of the creative services Celtra offers.
• Conducting check-ins with clients to ensure needs are met and identify opportunities for growth.
• Account revenue and billing reconciliation for customers who have purchased our services offerings.
• Maintain high levels of response and resolution to customer requests.
• Monitoring and reporting on the client’s performance while interacting with Celtra’s products and services, and recommending improvements or upgrades to drive usage and revenue.
