Celtra is seeking a skilled digital designer to join our Creative Services team in Mexico. With 3+ years in digital design, you will transform briefs into captivating visuals, working within brand guidelines to deliver high-quality results.

You will design ads, build creatives in Creative Automation, and collaborate across design, customer success, and GTM teams. The role emphasizes pixel-perfect design, strong communication, and the ability to present a clear creative vision across campaigns.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in digital design.
• Undergraduate degree in design or related field.
• Strong communication, ability to explain visual design ideas clearly.
• A portfolio including digital design work and conceptual examples.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and effective communicator.

Responsabilidades

• Design ads for current advertising campaigns.
• Work in Creative Automation to build creatives.
• Demonstrate skills in composition, design, animation, and video for the digital media landscape.
• Collaborate with other Designers, Customer Success Manager, and other go-to-market team members.
• Support Lead Designers on all assigned tasks.
