Celtra Inc. is hiring a Creative Production Manager in Mexico to support customers relying on Creative Services. You will work with Customer Success to handle creative production, reviews, and campaign deployment on and off our platform, helping digital publishers scale revenue and efficiency.

We seek a proactive, curious, and independent thinker with strong collaboration and organization skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment and drive growth for our clients through Celtra’s platform.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of client-facing creative production or project management experience in a creative agency or software company.
• Exceptional project management and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven track record of end-to-end campaign execution for creative production to deployment across global time zones.

Responsibilities

• Act as the point of contact for a portfolio of creative service clients, addressing queries and concerns.
• Project manage the creative design of ad products and deploy digital creative for campaigns.
• Scope production projects and secure resources for effective execution.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, Product and Solutions to align activities with the customer’s business case.
• Develop and maintain an understanding of Celtra’s platform to provide best practices.
