Job summary

Celtra Inc. in Mexico City is seeking a Creative Production Manager to coordinate client-facing production and campaign deployment across our Creative Services. You will partner with Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Solutions to align activities with client needs and Celtra capabilities.

You will manage end-to-end creative production, review campaigns, and ensure on-time delivery across global time zones while growing client value and revenue.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in client-facing creative production or project management in a creative agency or software org.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven track record of end-to-end campaign execution across production to deployment.
• Able to work across global time zones and grow the business strategically.

Responsibilities

• Act as the point of contact for a portfolio of creative service clients.
• Manage the creative design of ad products and deployment for campaigns.
• Scope and resource creative production projects for effective execution.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, Product, Solutions to align activities with client strategy.
• Provide consultative best practices for creative production using the Celtra platform.
• Develop and maintain understanding of Celtra’s creative services offerings.
• Conduct client check-ins to ensure needs are met and identify growth opportunities.
• Reconcile account revenue and billing for services purchased.
• Monitor client performance and propose improvements or upgrades to drive usage and revenue.
