Job summary

Baxter in Mexico is seeking a Transfer Leader to plan, organize, and manage resources ensuring project goals are met. You will guide a multidisciplinary team across departments, coordinate activities to hit schedules, and manage risks for successful transfer completion.

The role requires a degree in Industrial/Mechanical/Mechatronic/Electrical/Systems Engineering with 4–6 years in manufacturing and 3+ years in project management and line transfers, plus experience with IQ/OQ/PQ validations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in Industrial/Mechanical/Mechatronic/Electrical/Systems Engineering or similar.
• 4–6 years in manufacturing; 3+ years in project management and line transfers.
• Experience with validation execution (IQ/OQ/PQ) and basic statistics.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and administer resources to achieve project goals.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team without direct reports.
• Coordinate activities across departments to meet due dates and budgets.
• Generate status reports and escalate issues as needed.
• Manage risks and mitigations to prevent delays or scope creep.
• Provide safety information and technical orientation to team members.
