Qualifications

• Requires degree in engineering and 3+ years in project management in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of validation processes IQ/OQ/PQ and risk mitigation.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and administer resources to meet project goals.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team without direct reporting.
• Coordinate cross-department activities to meet due dates.
• Provide status reports and escalate issues as needed.
• Manage risks and change controls within scope and budget.
• Support validation activities (IQ/OQ/PQ/TMV) when required.
• Oversee project plans and resource assignments.
• Ensure safety and compliance during transfers.
