Jabil in Mexico seeks a Lead Financial Analyst to analyze current, future, and strategic cost initiatives, developing useful analyses, metrics, and tools while guiding senior and financial analysts. The role covers forecasting, internal reporting, variance analysis, modeling, and training to support the team and management.

As part of the finance group, you will drive cost initiatives and provide insights to enable strategic actions across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Seven years of work-related experience preferred.
• Advanced certifications and/or degrees (CPA, MBA) preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assist with recruitment and onboarding of RP&A team members.
• Mentor and guide senior and financial analysts on cost initiatives.
• Prepare financial presentations and variance analyses for management.
• Monitor cost initiatives, forecast results, and support strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with finance, operations and business development functions.
