Vistance Networks is seeking a Corporate Counsel to support its CALA region. Based in Mexico City or nearby, the role focuses on commercial contracts, compliance, and governance, with a strong emphasis on risk management and ethical practices.

You will partner with business teams across Latin America, draft and negotiate agreements, advise on regulatory matters, and help shape contracting policies while liaising with outside counsel.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Law Degree required.
• Qualified Mexico lawyer with 5–10 years PQE.
• Fluency in Spanish and English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Experience in law firms and in-house teams.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Advise and collaborate with business teams on commercial and corporate matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with customers and suppliers.
• Develop policies, procedures, and standard contract templates.
• Support Human Resources on regional matters.
• Coordinate with outside counsel and manage contracting risks.
