Job summary

TMF Group in Mexico City seeks a qualified Lawyer with expertise in Corporate Law, Contracts, and M&A. This role advises on governance, ensures regulatory compliance, and supports LATAM legal demands across multiple jurisdictions, including Mid-Americas.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in multinational settings, strong English and Spanish, and a background in structuring business agreements and due diligence for cross‑border transactions.

Qualifications

• Law degree required with possible specialization in corporate, contract or business law.
• Minimum 3–5 years at multinational companies or law firms in corporate/M&A.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate corporate acts and governing documents in LATAM.
• Advise on corporate governance and compliance for LATAM entities.
• Review and negotiate commercial contracts with clients and suppliers.
• Support M&A due diligence and post‑closing activities.
• Coordinate with external law firms in Mid-Americas and monitor litigations.
