AIG SEGUROS MEXICO S.A. DE C.V. is seeking a Claims Analyst I to investigate, evaluate, negotiate and settle marine/specialty/property claims by collecting and analyzing data in accordance with policy provisions.

The role requires establishing a solid position before liable third parties and may involve loss mitigation activities such as salvage and subrogation. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of marine claims handling, policy terminology, and experience with negotiation, mediation,

Formación

• Basic knowledge of marine claims handling.
• Knowledge of policy terminology that enables accurate interpretation of policy wording.
• Basic to medium knowledge of legal/regulatory requirements and litigation/procedures for your line of business; some experience in negotiation, mediation, arbitration and ADR skills.
• Experience in following up on technical claims audit recommendations and continuous improvement in claims handling.
