Capgemini seeks a Senior Commercial and Contract Manager to lead end-to-end CCM activities for strategic accounts. You will draft, review, and negotiate SOWs, MSAs, and related documents, manage bids, and provide post-signature contract support.

The role requires strong negotiation skills and extensive experience in technology contracts. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across legal, finance, and delivery to optimize commercial outcomes and mitigate risks in a global environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline is required.
• Minimum 10 years' experience in Commercial and Contract Management.
• Experience drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing complex tech contracts.
• Strong understanding of pricing models, risk allocation, liability, and governance.
• Experience leading negotiations with senior client stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsabilidades

• Lead commercial and contract management for strategic accounts and pursuits.
• Draft, review, and redline SOWs, MSAs, and related documents.
• Manage bids, proposals, and RFP responses from start to signature.
• Lead or support negotiations with clients and external parties.
• Provide post-sales contract management support across lifecycle.
• Identify and mitigate commercial, contractual, and delivery risks.
• Collaborate with finance, legal, delivery, and account teams.
