Qualifications

• 6-15 years of experience in contract management or related field.
• Strong background in managing complex technology services contracts.
• Demonstrated negotiation experience and closing deals.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial reviews for complex bids and contracts.
• Negotiate contract changes and commercial terms.
• Manage commercial risks and opportunities.
• Lead contract awareness and governance activities.
• Drive scope creep prevention and revenue protection initiatives.
• Coordinate with Legal on disputes and major contract changes.
• Mentor junior CCM professionals.
