Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an experienced Contract & Commercial Management (CCM) professional to lead commercial reviews for complex bids and contracts in technology services. You will negotiate contract changes, manage risks, and drive governance to protect revenue while coordinating with Legal on disputes.

You will mentor junior CCM staff and contribute to Capgemini’s delivery excellence. With 6–15 years of experience, you will thrive in a dynamic environment, overseeing IT services outsourcing,

Qualifications

• 6–15 years of experience in technology services contracts.
• Demonstrated negotiation experience.
• Experience in IT/Engineering services outsourcing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial reviews for complex bids and contracts.
• Negotiate contract changes and commercial terms.
• Manage commercial risks and opportunities.
• Lead contract governance activities.
• Drive scope creep prevention and revenue protection initiatives.
• Coordinate with Legal on disputes and major contract changes.
