Job summary

HSBC Holdings plc in Mexico City is seeking a proactive RSM-like role to manage client servicing for a portfolio within Wholesale Banking. You will support Relationship Managers, coordinate with product, operations and front offices, and ensure timely documentation and credit-related activities.

The role emphasizes client servicing excellence, risk awareness, and collaboration across business units to deliver consistent service quality and drive relationship growth.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of Banking operations and its products / services.
• Experience supporting Relationship Managers or Sales teams in a financial institution.
• Credit application and credit monitoring experience (minimum 2 years).
• Ability to manage varied workload and priorities under pressure.
• Strong written and verbal communication across levels.

Responsibilities

• Draft reports, letters, memos and assist in performance reports for Relationship Managers.
• Compile internal returns and analyses to support the team.
• Provide timely responses to client queries and maintain effective communication with stakeholders.
• Support risk management and documentation in line with approval conditions.
• Coordinate client information requests, including during tax year end, and assist with audit confirmations.
