Job summary

HSBC Mexico is seeking a BCO Analyst to own the end-to-end credit process for Wholesale Banking clients, supporting Relationship Managers in structuring credit solutions aligned with client needs and regulatory requirements.

The role offers exposure to senior managers in Wholesale Banking, Risk, and back-office teams, developing financial acumen, attention to detail, and strategic planning. Industries include Media, Services, Manufacturing, and more.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative field.
• Experience or strong interest in credit risk analysis.
• English proficiency for written credit applications.

Responsibilities

• Contribute with RMs to structure credit solutions for corporate clients and assess risks to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Monitor portfolio with RMs and clients to detect negative trends and ensure credit file completeness.
• Engage with customers to obtain documentation and information for thorough borrower analysis.
• Coordinate with back-office teams (spreading, file monitoring, operations, legal) to manage credit portfolios.
