Jabil is seeking a Senior Business Unit Manager who will drive strategic initiatives and own the financial performance of a workcell. You will lead customer relationships, negotiate terms, and guide cross-functional teams to achieve revenue growth and operational excellence.

Responsibilities include managing the RFP process, pricing, and preparing for strategic planning meetings at the site level. Strong financial and manufacturing operations knowledge is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Masters Degree preferred.
• Degree in Engineering, Finance/Accounting, or Business Management preferred.
• Six to eight years work-related experience required, preferably in Financial or Manufacturing Operations fields.
• Travel requirements: Domestic and International, up to 50%.

Aufgaben

• Member of the plant strategic leadership team.
• Full responsibility for a customer/site P&L (generally across multi-sites or multi-customer assignments).
• Establishes and manages current customer relationships, driving revenue growth opportunities.
• Negotiates contract terms and/or amends established contract terms with customers.
• Leads the workcell and is accountable for its operational and financial performance.
• Manages QBR process with assigned customer account.
