Job summary

Jabil in Mexico seeks a seasoned Business Unit Manager to own the customer P&L, negotiate terms, and drive revenue growth. You will lead multi-site coordination, manage a team, and guide strategic customer initiatives across business units.

Responsibilities include supervising the QBR process, optimizing operations, and shaping the customer relationship road map to achieve long-term value for the business and the client.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Masters preferred.
• Strong financial and analytical ability with experience managing P&L.
• Extensive experience in negotiating contracts and SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Owns the customer P&L with multi-site responsibility.
• Negotiates contract terms and SLAs with customers.
• Drives revenue growth and cost optimization for the assigned customer.
• Leads QBRs and strategic planning meetings at site level.
• Manages and develops direct reports and teams.
