Job summary

Jabil is seeking a capable project liaison to connect Business Unit leadership with the central Engineering group. You will coordinate day-to-day operations across multiple project teams and sites, ensuring consistent progress and high customer satisfaction.

As part of the core projects team, you will support the BUD and Technical Manager, manage BOMs, plans, and reports, and escalate blockers. Strong PC skills and familiarity with Jabil software are essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to present information to managers, clients and the public.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw conclusions.
• Proficiency with Windows OS and related software.
• Strong PC skills and familiarity with Jabil software packages.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily contact with project teams and coordinate day-to-day operations.
• Run multiple projects across several Jabil sites.
• Assist the BUD and Technical Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Coordinate with Business Units, Central Group and Design Groups on Plans, Reports, BOMs and requirements.
• Monitor day-to-day activities and escalate blockers as needed.
• Coordinate costing and bill-backs to customers or internal departments.
• Lead other projects as directed by BUD and Technical Manager.
