Responsabilidades

• Communicate actions to implement the function's strategy and business plan within the team.
• Develop and implement a relationship management plan for potential customer accounts.
• Build relationships with decision makers and influencers within customer organizations.
• Identify standard products and configurations that meet customer needs and present them with clear rationale within standard terms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to act as customer champions and ensure data quality in CRM.
• Ensure accurate entry and maintenance of customer information for retention and business development.
