Evonik Industries de Mexico S.A. de C.V. is seeking a capable professional to communicate local plans and align with the broader strategy, while building relationships with customers and influencers.

The role includes representing the company at events, identifying opportunities, and promoting the organization in the Mexican market. The candidate will work unsupervised, provide guidance as needed, and maintain high-quality CRM data to support business development and customer retention

Formación

• University degree required.
• Experience working unsupervised.
• Experience supervising junior colleagues.
• Ability to work without supervision and provide technical guidance on planning and executing actions.

Responsabilidades

• Communicate the local action plan and relate it to the function's strategy and the organization's mission to motivate local teams to achieve goals.
• Develop and implement a relationship management plan for potential customer accounts to identify decision makers and influencers and enable effective two-way information flow and issue resolution.
• Build a personal network within the sales territory and represent the organization at trade shows and events to identify sales opportunities and promote the organization.
• Identify standard products/services that meet customer needs and present them with clear rationale and standard commercial terms, seeking concessions when required.
• Collaborate internally as the customer advocate in cross-functional teams to strengthen external customer relationships.
• Enter customer information gathered through research or direct contact into the CRM or ensure data is up-to-date and accurate.
