Johnson Controls is seeking a quality-focused professional to assist with supplier quality and manufacturing quality tasks in a fast-paced setting. You will support inspection, containment, and corrective actions while collaborating with suppliers and internal teams to ensure material quality.

Role Overview This role is responsible for assisting with production-related and inspection-related tasks in a manufacturing environment. You will monitor material quality, support containment and corrective action activities, and help improve supplier performance so that daily operations run smoothly and long-term quality expectations are maintained.
You will stay close to the work by responding quickly to supplier quality concerns, verifying the impact on incoming materials and production, and escalating issues with clear facts. You will use disciplined problem-solving to support root cause analysis, corrective actions, and follow-up until issues are contained and closed. You will work as one team with suppliers, engineers, procurement, and operations, sharing information openly and helping remove obstacles that affect quality or delivery. You will improve every day by identifying trends, strengthening inspection approaches, and helping enhance existing methods to support safer, more stable, and more sustainable operations.
