The successful candidate will be responsible for auditing and implementing quality processes, reducing defects and customer complaints, and driving Kaizen improvements to support the production of high-quality HVAC products.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Materials Science, or related field. Minimum 5-7 years of experience in brazing or welding quality engineering. Knowledge of PED certifications, ASME code, and WPS for welding processes. Experience with quality control, auditing, and continuous improvement initiatives. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
