Four Seasons Punta Mita is seeking a dedicated Steward to support our Food and Beverage outlets by ensuring the highest levels of cleanliness and sanitation. The role involves dishwashing, maintaining kitchen equipment, and safe handling of cleaning chemicals, contributing to a premium guest experience.

You will join a luxury resort team that emphasizes training, development, and employee benefits, including staff dining and cleaning services for uniforms.

• Maintain sanitation of all major kitchen equipment and facilities.
• Clean and sanitize pots, pans, and kitchen utensils.
• Maintain the silver polishing program.
• Handle cleaning supplies and chemicals safely.

About the role:

The Steward supports our Food and Beverage outlets in providing award-winning service through attention to detail, ensuring the highest level of cleanliness.

What you will do:

• Clean and sanitize china, glass, and silver using a dish machine

• Maintain the sanitation of all major kitchen equipment, culinary and food and beverage facilities

• Clean and sanitize all pots, pans, and kitchen utensils

• Maintain the silver polishing program

• Utilize and handle cleaning supplies and chemicals in a safe manner
