Four Seasons Punta Mita is seeking a Steward to support our Food and Beverage outlets by ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation. You will attend to dishwashing, maintain kitchen equipment, and uphold the silver polishing program in a luxury resort setting.

The role offers opportunities for excellent training and development, complimentary employee meals, and benefits through the Four Seasons worldwide network. This is an on-site position at the resort in Punta Mita, Mexico.

Responsabilidades

• Clean and sanitize china, glass, and silver using a dish machine
• Maintain the sanitation of all major kitchen equipment, culinary and food and beverage facilities
• Clean and sanitize all pots, pans, and kitchen utensils
• Maintain the silver polishing program
• Utilize and handle cleaning supplies and chemicals in a safe manner

The Steward supports our Food and Beverage outlets in providing award-winning service through attention to detail , ensur ing the highest level of cleanliness.

What you will do:
