Emerson is seeking a finance professional to manage VAT refunds and audits, collect supplier data for REPSE, and supervise treasury, payroll, and accounts payable. You will implement internal controls and finance systems, ensuring timely reporting to external auditors and adherence to company policy.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Public Accounting, fluent English (B2), and at least five years in a similar role, with travel flexibility and USA visa eligibility.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare the monthly refunds of value added tax, and follow up of requirements or audits.
• Execute data collection from REPSE suppliers for audit and follow up of observations.
• Collect and review travel expense reports and AMEX expenses for timely payments.
• Design and implement policies, procedures, and controls for the company.
• Direct and review monthly financial information in Oracle per calendar.
• Supervise treasury, accounts payable and payroll with shared services.
• Develop and maintain the company’s financial information system.
• Meet and prepare information for external auditors.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Prepare the monthly refunds of value added tax, as well as the follow up of the different requirements of the process that may be requested by the authority or attend the audits of such refunds in case they are given by the authority.
• Execute the collection of data and additional information required from REPSE suppliers for their subsequent audit and follow up of compliance with those observations that give rise to.
• Collect and review, according with the policy of the travel expenses reports, follow up with the employees about their travel expenses prepayment reports and AMEX expenses reports in order to pay opportunely and correctly the AMEX credit cards
• Design and implementation of policies, procedures, and administrative and accounting controls of the company.
• Direct, monitor and review the monthly preparation of financial information, according to seals according to the calendar of Emerson, in the Oracle system.
• Supervision of management of the Treasury and accounts payable and payroll with the shared services areas
• Develop, implement and maintain the company's financial information system.
• Meet and prepare the information requested by the external auditors
