Emerson in Chihuahua, Mexico is seeking a Finance role focused on tax refunds, data collection for supplier audits, travel and expense processing, and the design of financial controls. You will oversee monthly financial statements in Oracle, supervise treasury and payroll within shared services, and implement a robust financial information system.

You will also prepare information for external auditors and support compliance.

Formación

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in public Accountant.
• English: Fluid English (B2).
• 5 years in similar job minimum.
• Schedule flexibility and traveling availability (USA- Visa).
• Experience working with staff globally.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare the monthly refunds of value added tax, as well as the follow up of the different requirements of the process that may be requested by the authority or attend the audits of such refunds in case they are given by the authority.
• Execute the collection of data and additional information required from REPSE suppliers for their subsequent audit and follow up of compliance with those observations that give rise to.
• Collect and review, according according to the policy of the travel expenses reports, follow up with the employees about their travel expenses prepayment reports and AMEX expenses reports in order to pay opportunely and correctly the AMEX credit cards
• Design and implementation of policies, procedures, and administrative and accounting controls of the company.
• Direct, monitor and review the monthly preparation of financial information, according to seals according to the calendar of Emerson, in the Oracle system.
• Supervision of management of the Treasury and accounts payable and payroll with the shared services areas
• Develop, implement and maintain the company's financial information system.
• Meet and prepare the information requested by the external auditors

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
