Mondelēz International is seeking a senior manufacturing leader to drive start-up and commissioning of new production lines. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage contractors and ensure safety, quality and cost targets are achieved.

The role requires hands-on experience with Lean/ Six Sigma in a fast-paced environment and the ability to mentor line teams toward best-in-class operation and sustainable performance.

Formación

• Strong operational and manufacturing leadership in a CPG setting.
• Experience with TPM, 5S, Lean, Six Sigma concepts.
• Excellent communication, coaching and leadership skills.
• Engineer with financial and business acumen, project management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead start-up and commissioning of production lines end-to-end.
• Develop and execute master plans for commissioning, ramp-up and handover.
• Coordinate installation, integration, testing and commissioning activities.
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams and manage contractors and suppliers.
• Drive improvements using RCA, Kaizen, TPM, Lean or Six Sigma.
• Ensure safety, quality, cost and operational targets are met.
