Mondelēz International is seeking a site-focused professional to execute I2M and IIM initiatives, coordinate trials, and ensure effective communication of change for new and existing products, packaging and processes at the plant.

You will support the site BD leader, organize trials, manage master data, and collaborate with engineering and operations teams to meet project milestones and production goals.

Formación

• Strong operational and manufacturing experience in CPG industry with TPM, 5S, Lean, Six Sigma concepts.
• Financial and business acumen, project management skills, knowledge of industrial manufacturing equipment and automation basics.

Responsabilidades

• Support project development/execution through I2M/IIM processes and coordinate design reviews and trials.
• Coordinate plant activities with cross-functional teams, track progress and ensure timely execution of new initiatives.
• Support site change management, de-complexity initiatives and delivery of productivity improvements.
