BairesDev is seeking a Staffing Offer Manager to join our Staffing team and drive growth by developing our staffing offer strategy. This is an excellent opportunity in one of the fastest-growing tech companies.

You will define staffing strategy, supervise the recruiting team, mentor candidates, manage relationships with candidates and contractors, and provide feedback to the internal team. We offer 100% remote work, compensation in USD or local currency, and flexible hours.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Recruiter.
• 1+ years of experience in Team Management.
• Good communication and listening skills.
• Detail-oriented mindset.
• Strong persuasion skills.
• Previous experience in the IT market is a plus.
• Advanced English level.

Responsibilities

• Define staffing offer strategy and negotiate proposals with key candidates.
• Oversee the team contacting candidates.
• Guide candidates who passed minimum assessments to improve weak points before assignment.
• Moderate relationships between BairesDev, candidates, and third-party contractors.
• Provide feedback to internal teams.

About The Role

We are looking for a Staffing Offer Manager to join our Staffing team and spearhead our growth by developing our staffing offer strategy. It is an excellent opportunity for those professionals looking to develop in one of the fastest-growing companies in the industry!

What You’ll Do

• Define Staffing Offer strategy, negotiating economic proposals with key candidates.
• Supervise the team responsible for contacting candidates.
• Supervise the process of helping candidates (who had previously passed our minimum assessments) improve any weak points before they are assigned to a project, participating in the development of key candidates.
• Moderate the relationship between BairesDev, candidates, and third-party contractors.
• Providing feedback to the internal team.

You Must Have

• 5+ years of experience as a Recruiter.
