BairesDev seeks native-English speaking Tech Recruiters to join our Recruiting Team. You will manage full-cycle recruiting for diverse clients and collaborate with top global teams across the world.

This 100% remote role offers flexible hours, excellent compensation in USD or local currency, home-office setup, and opportunities for mentorship and growth. Remote experience is a plus and a bachelor’s degree or 2+ years of experience is expected.

• Assist in the organization of candidates’ interviews with clients, preparation of candidates, and follow-up after their interviews.
• Carry out negotiations with the candidates and start the hiring process.
• Understand the requirements of each client and each vacancy to carry out the recruitment process according to their needs.
• Work in collaboration with the sales team in the development of the business.
