We are seeking a Staff Software Engineer (Mobile) to help drive the development of innovative and scalable mobile applications. As a technical leader, you will collaborate with cross‑functional teams and lead the design and implementation of mobile solutions using Swift. You will also provide mentorship to team members and ensure engineering excellence.

Our team is dedicated to addressing customer, associate, and business needs by working with Walmart International, which includes more than 5,200 retail units operating in 23 countries such as Canada, Central America, Chile, China, India, Mexico, and South Africa. What you’ll do:

• Lead the development of high-quality mobile applications using Swift.

• Advocate for software craftsmanship and maintainable code.
• Document designs, implementations, and best practices.
• Contribute to the planning and execution of technical projects.
• Coordinate with product and design teams for smooth development cycles.
• Investigate and propose innovative solutions for complex mobile challenges.

What you’ll bring:
