Walmart de México y Centroamérica is seeking a seasoned software engineering leader to drive multiple business-critical projects. You will guide engineering teams, remove roadblocks, and align priorities to deliver customer-focused solutions.

You will evaluate existing systems, promote digital transformation, and collaborate with stakeholders across functions to advance our technology strategy in a fast-moving retail environment. You should have 6+ years of experience in software engineering.

Formación

• 6 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.
• Preferred: background in inclusive digital experiences and accessibility (WCAG 2.2 AA) implementations.

Responsabilidades

• Drive the execution of multiple business-critical projects by identifying needs, removing roadblocks, and aligning priorities.
• Lead and mentor engineering teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
