What will you do?

• Lead the discovery, design, and implementation of medium to large-scale software projects.
• Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Guide and mentor small engineering teams, including offshore associates.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
• Troubleshoot production issues and drive root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
• Provide expert technical guidance and support to stakeholders across the organization.

What are we looking for?

• Language: Java
• Framework: Spring Boot

• Caching: Redis
• APIs & Web Services: Experience building and consuming RESTful services

Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field + 5 years of experience, or Master’s degree + 4 years of experience in software engineering.
• Proven experience leading technology projects and mentoring engineers.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
• Preferred: Experience with infrastructure technologies (e.g., routers, switches, servers).
• Cisco certification is a plus.
