Walmart Global Tech Me@Walmart International is seeking a Principal Engineer to own the technical direction of the Me@Walmart Global Platform across Mexico, Canada, Chile, and Central America. You will ensure features ship on time and scale across languages, currencies, and regulatory realities.

You will coach Staff engineers, publish architecture docs, and drive reliability and parity with the US baseline. Fluency in English is essential, Spanish is a strong plus for MX.

Formación

• 9+ years software engineering experience, with staff/principal level.
• Built or owned a mobile SDK used by multiple teams.
• Hands-on with native mobile and cross‑platform frameworks.
• Led multi-market/global rollouts with regulatory differences.
• Strong written engineering artifacts and design docs.
• English fluency; Spanish helpful for MX audience.

Responsabilidades

• Define and own the Me@Walmart International Platform strategy and technical direction.
• Represent International Tech in global platform forums and reflect market realities upstream.
• Chair the International Me@Walmart Design Review and set the ADR/RFC standards.
• Drive cross-market parity and platform adoption across markets.
