Formación

• 8+ years of hands-on Java software development experience.
• Strong knowledge of Spring and JDK/JVM.
• Solid OOP design and pattern usage.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Cloud and containerized architectures knowledge.
• Ability to lead technically and mentor others.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end delivery of team products in hybrid architectures.
• Define coding standards and enforce adoption across the team.
• Design architectures at the L0, L1, and L2 levels.
• Communicate solution details clearly to the rest of the team and guide engineers toward correct implementations.
• Identify and build efficient paths to automate workflows, testing pipelines, and incident response.
• Plan and design the migration of legacy systems to the cloud or hybrid cloud environments.
