Ordergroove is seeking a product-minded Staff Software Engineer to define and own foundational platform capabilities end-to-end in an AI-first company. You will build next-generation APIs, SDKs, and platform tooling that enable engineers, AI agents, merchants, and partners to move fast at scale.

You’ll collaborate across distributed systems, design for massive scale, and champion a You Build It, You Run It culture while shaping the next DevX experience for developers in a rapidly growing

Formación

• Proven ability to design robust, high-scale backend services and APIs.
• Strong focus on developer experience and product impact.
• Experience with distributed systems and modern platform engineering.

Responsabilidades

• Build next-generation APIs, SDKs, and MCP servers for AI-first platform.
• Own core platform capabilities end-to-end and scale multi-tenant systems.
• Design for high availability, low latency, and observability with SLOs.
• Uphold a You Build It, You Run It culture across services.
• Shape the next DevX experience for internal teams, partners, and merchants.
