EPAM Systems seeks a Lead Platform Engineer to join the Engineering Platform Team. You will design reusable GitHub Actions, build AWS infrastructure with Terraform, and elevate CI/CD pipelines while enforcing security practices. You will mentor engineers and collaborate with product and scrum roles on planning and delivery.

You will work hands-on to advance DevSecOps, incident readiness, and AI-assisted development using Claude Code and GitHub Copilot, driving productivity across global teams.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in software or platform engineering.
• Proven technical leadership with mentoring and ownership.
• Strong English communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Design and develop reusable GitHub Actions.
• Build and maintain AWS infrastructure with Terraform.
• Improve CI/CD pipelines and release automation.
• Drive DevSecOps, security, and compliance.
• Establish AI development standards using Claude Code and GitHub Copilot.
• Mentor engineers through architecture guidance and code reviews.
• Collaborate with Product Owner and Scrum Master on planning.
• Participate in production support and platform improvements.
