A strong background in project management and medical industry experience is essential.

The role emphasizes cross-site harmonization, TCO management, and stakeholder communication to deliver value in automotive and medical device contexts.

Formación

• Engineering degree required; master's preferred.
• 7–12 years IT experience across manufacturing/medical domains.
• Strong ERP/Supply Chain experience including data migration.

Responsabilidades

• Lead IT project initiatives and manage plans, budgets, risks and issues.
• Monitor and manage all financial aspects of portfolio management.
• Drive harmonization across sites focusing on digital maturity and standardization.
• Manage Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) for IT projects.
• Communicate with stakeholders and coordinate project governance.
• Oversee project management activities across multiple sites.

BEPC Mexico, a division of BEPC Incorporated, provides and manages consulting services for Automotive and Medical device companies throughout Mexico and around the globe.

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Staff IT Engineer (Medical Industry) with a strong background in project management and a preferred experience in the medical industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and coordinating IT initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals, and driving digital transformation across multiple sites.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Contribute to and potentially lead the development of business cases for proposed IT projects.
• Manage project plans, budgets, risks, and issues for assigned initiatives.
• Monitor and manage all financial aspects of portfolio management.
• Drive harmonization across sites within the segment, focusing on digital maturity, business process optimization, and technology standardization.
• Manage of Total Cost of Ownership (TCO)
• Communication with stakeholders
• Project management

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Engineering Degree (master's in science is a plus)
• 7 - 12 years of experience in IT experience
• Strong ERP/Supply Chain experience
• Application TCO experience
• Manufacturing/MES experience
• IT cut-over experience
• IT governance and operating-model experience
• Data migration experience
• Infrastructure/network understanding
