BEPC Mexico, a division of BEPC Incorporated, seeks a Staff Validation Engineer (IT) to lead IT initiatives and drive digital transformation across multiple sites. You will coordinate ERP/Supply Chain activities, MES manufacturing experiences, and IT governance to align with business goals.

The role focuses on cross-site harmonization, project management, and strong stakeholder communication to deliver value in life science and technology sectors.

Formación

• Engineering Degree (master’s in science is a plus)
• 7–12 years of IT experience
• Strong ERP/Supply Chain experience
• Application TCO experience
• Manufacturing/MES experience
• IT governance and operating-model experience

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to and potentially lead the development of business cases for proposed IT projects.
• Manage project plans, budgets, risks, and issues for assigned initiatives.
• Monitor and manage all financial aspects of portfolio management.
• Drive harmonization across sites within the segment, focusing on digital maturity, business process optimization, and technology standardization.
• Manage of Total Cost of Ownership (TCO)

BEPC Mexico, a division of BEPC Incorporated, provides and manages consulting services for Automotive and Medical device companies throughout Mexico and around the globe.

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Staff Validation Engineer (IT) with a strong background in project management and a preferred experience in the medical industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and coordinating IT initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals, and driving digital transformation across multiple sites.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Contribute to and potentially lead the development of business cases for proposed IT projects.


• Manage project plans, budgets, risks, and issues for assigned initiatives.


• Monitor and manage all financial aspects of portfolio management.
