BEPC Inc. - Business Excellence Professional Consulting is seeking a Staff IT Engineer (Medical Industry) in Mexico to lead IT projects across sites, drive digital transformation, and ensure alignment with business goals. A strong background in project management and medical industry experience is essential.

The role emphasizes cross-site harmonization, TCO management, and stakeholder communication to deliver value in automotive and medical device contexts.

Formación

• Engineering degree required; master's preferred.
• 7–12 years IT experience across manufacturing/medical domains.
• Strong ERP/Supply Chain experience including data migration.

Responsabilidades

• Lead IT project initiatives and manage plans, budgets, risks and issues.
• Monitor and manage all financial aspects of portfolio management.
• Drive harmonization across sites focusing on digital maturity and standardization.
• Manage Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) for IT projects.
• Communicate with stakeholders and coordinate project governance.
• Oversee project management activities across multiple sites.
