BEPC Inc. provides specialized engineering solutions and IT project management services. BEPC Mexico seeks a Quality Assurance PMO to coordinate cross‑functional projects across Engineering, Quality, and R&D, leveraging Microsoft Project to manage timelines and deliverables.

The role requires PMP/PMI and/or Agile experience, advanced English, and the ability to juggle multiple projects, deadlines, and risks in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects across Engineering, Quality, R&D, and other cross-functional teams.
• Develop, maintain, and track detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Use Microsoft Project to manage timelines, dependencies, resources, and project progress.
• Monitor project execution and ensure activities are completed according to established timelines and requirements.
• Identify project risks, constraints, and potential delays and coordinate appropriate mitigation actions.
• Facilitate project meetings, follow up on action items, and communicate project status to stakeholders and leadership.
• Apply PMP and/or Agile methodologies to effectively plan, execute, monitor, and close projects.
• Coordinate priorities and deliverables among Engineering, Quality, R&D, Operations, and other relevant departments.
• Prepare project status reports, presentations, dashboards, and progress updates.
• Support resource planning and prioritization based on project requirements and business needs.
• Ensure project documentation is properly maintained and updated throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to project execution, processes, and cross-functional collaboration.

BEPC Mexico, a division of BEPC Incorporated, provides and manages consulting services for Automotive and Medical device companies throughout Mexico and around the globe.

The Quality Assurance PMO will be responsible for coordinating and supporting cross-functional projects within Engineering, Quality, and Research & Development (R&D). This role requires strong project management capabilities, effective communication with multiple stakeholders, and the ability to manage project schedules, deliverables, risks, and priorities. The ideal candidate will have experience working under structured project management methodologies such as PMP or Agile and hands‑on experience with Microsoft Project.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Familiarity with risk management, change control, and project performance metrics.
