BEPC Mexico, a division of BEPC Incorporated, seeks a Logistics Planner II to support production planning and inventory control, ensuring timely material flow aligned with schedules and demand.

The role involves monitoring inventory, coordinating with purchasing, warehouse, logistics, and production teams, updating ERP systems, and contributing to continuous improvement in planning processes.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, supply chain, business administration, or related field.
• +4 years of experience in production planning, logistics, supply chain, or inventory control.
• Experience in manufacturing environments; medical device industry a plus.
• ERP systems knowledge (SAP, JD Edwards, Blue Yonder or similar).
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required; strong analytical abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Support daily production planning and inventory control activities.
• Assist in preparing and maintaining production schedules and work orders.
• Monitor material availability to support manufacturing operations.
• Review forecasts, customer demand, and production requirements.
• Support inventory tracking and accuracy to ensure proper inventory levels.
• Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, logistics, and production teams to ensure material availability.
• Update ERP systems with planning and inventory information.
• Monitor lead times and assist in resolving material shortages.
• Support production planning for new product introductions and ongoing manufacturing operations.
• Assist in analyzing production and inventory data to support operational decisions.
• Generate and maintain production and inventory reports.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to planning and logistics processes.
• Maintain communication with internal departments regarding order status and production schedules.
• Follow company procedures related to Quality, Safety, and Environmental practices.

The Production and Logistics Planner II will support production planning and logistics to ensure the timely flow of materials and products in line with manufacturing schedules and customer demand. This role will assist in maintaining production plans, monitoring inventory levels, coordinating material requirements, and supporting cross-functional teams to meet operational goals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support daily production planning and inventory control activities.
• Assist in preparing and maintaining production schedules and work orders.
• Monitor material availability to support manufacturing operations.
• Review forecasts, customer demand, and production requirements.
• Support inventory tracking and accuracy to ensure proper inventory levels to support business needs.
• Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, logistics, and production teams to ensure material availability.
• Update ERP systems with planning and inventory information.
• Monitor lead times and assist in resolving material shortages or delivery issues.
• Support production planning for new product introductions and ongoing manufacturing operations.
• Assist in analyzing production and inventory data to support operational decisions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
• +4 years of experience in Production Planning, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Inventory Control.
• Experience working in manufacturing environments; medical device industry experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, JD Edwards, Blue Yonder, or similar.
• Intermediate knowledge of Production Planning and Material Requirements Planning (MRP).
• Experience supporting inventory management and supply chain operations.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. (MUST)
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
