Confidential Careers is seeking a Digital Manager in Mexico to lead the local digital transformation strategy across sites, driving process improvements and tool adoption aligned with the global vision. You will own the local digitalization roadmap and collaborate with Business Process Owners to translate needs into prioritized specifications.

You will coordinate UAT, change management, and incident support with IT, ensuring go-live readiness and robust user training for 24/7 operations.

Formación

Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Digital Technologies, or equivalent.
5+ years of experience in manufacturing, digital support or transformations.
ERP/MES usage, or IT users support roles.
Experience in UAT or digitalisation projects is a strong asset.
Data Analysis Tools
Strong communication skills at all levels of the organization
Ability to design and improve work systems

Responsabilidades

Own and drive the Local Digitalization Roadmap.
The Digital Manager is the relay between local business owners and the BPO. Prioritize functional specifications for new business needs.
Organizes User Acceptance Tests with local SMEs; defines acceptance plan and testing conditions.
Coordinates the change management plan with the local business owner; identifies go-live date with Management.
The Digital Manager links users and IT for incident management and 24/7 on-call support.
