Micron Technology is seeking a Layout Design Staff Engineer in Guadalajara, Mexico. This role involves designing critical analog and custom digital layouts primarily for AI and high-performance computing (HPC) solutions. Candidates should have over 7 years of experience in layout design using advanced CMOS processes and be proficient in Cadence and Mentor Graphics tools. The position requires collaboration with global engineering teams and strong leadership to guide others in layout execution, ensuring quality and timely delivery.

Formación

• 7+ years of experience in analog/custom layout design in advanced CMOS processes.
• Hands-on experience in creating layouts of critical blocks such as PLL, ADC, DAC, etc.
• Understanding of layout effects on speed, capacitance, power, and area.

Responsabilidades

• Responsible for design and development of critical analog and custom digital layouts.
• Perform layout verification such as LVS/DRC/Antenna checks.
• Lead planning and execution to meet project schedules.
