Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking a Forward Deployed AI Engineer for HR Technologies to own the HR AI stack end-to-end on-site in Guadalajara, Mexico. You will ship AI agents for recruiting, employee services, and HR operations, collaborating with HR SMEs and the central AI platform to bootstrap, test, and productionize solutions.

You will stand up MCP servers, integrate with JLL's AI platform, and hand off mature systems to platform and operations as needed.

Formación

• Shipped production agents using Claude Agent SDK or MCP stack.
• Production code in Python, Node, or .NET; comfortable with others.
• Experience with relational, NoSQL, vector, and document stores.
• One-person engineering ownership from design to support.

Responsabilidades

• Build and ship agents for HR, in partnership with HR SMEs and operators.
• Stand up MCP servers and connectors from pre-production to production.
• Bootstrap skills, integrations, and evals on JLL's AI platform.
• Run workshops with HR teams to translate workflows into agent skills.
• Hand mature systems off to platform and operations after bootstrap.
• Feed patterns and gaps back to Center of Excellence for faster next moves.
