JLL Technologies is seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to architect, build, and lead features for a flagship CRE product. You will own front-end and back-end design using React, Vite, TanStack Query, Python, Django, and Django REST Framework while mentoring engineers.

You will drive architectural decisions, ensure code quality with automated tests, and explore AI enhancements using Claude. Collaboration with product managers and stakeholders is essential, as is robust API design

Formación

• 6+ years as a full stack developer with leadership experience.
• Expert React and modern front end tooling with Vite and state management.
• Deep Python web framework experience with Django and DRF.
• Experience designing RESTful APIs at scale and applying AI tools.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design and implementation of complex full stack features.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers and drive architectural decisions.
• Establish technical standards for front end and back end systems.
• Design scalable front end architectures with React, Vite, TanStack Query.
• Architect robust back end APIs with Python and Django REST Framework.
• Lead AI capabilities integration and secure coding practices.
• Write comprehensive unit and integration tests and conduct code reviews.
• Own deployment procedures and runbooks for full stack releases.
