Johnson Controls International (JCI) seeks a Senior AI Engineer to join our Data Science and Analytics team, leading the development and deployment of scalable AI solutions, including LLM-based applications, to accelerate digital transformation across products, operations, and customer experiences.

This role requires a strong ML background, cloud platform experience, and a focus on governance, responsible AI, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver measurable business value.

Formación

• Education in Data Science, AI, CS or related quantitative discipline.
• 5+ years in AI engineering, data science, or ML; 1-2 years with LLMs or generative AI.
• Proven deployment of ML/NLP solutions at scale.
• Experience with cloud AI platforms (Azure OpenAI, Azure ML, Hugging Face, AWS Bedrock).

Responsabilidades

• Lead design and deployment of scalable AI solutions, including LLM-based systems.
• Mentor AI engineering teams and shape enterprise AI strategy.
• Collaborate with data/ML teams to integrate LLM apps into robust pipelines.
• Advance retrieval-augmented generation architectures with vector databases.
• Ensure monitoring, governance, and lifecycle management of models.
