Meeru AI Inc is building an AI-native platform transforming finance data workflows. We seek a Staff Data Engineer to own major data subsystems, pipelines, connectors, and curated models that feed analytics and AI layers.

You will translate data architecture into robust, production-grade systems, oversee end-to-end transformations, source integrations for new customers, and ensure lineage and reconciliation back to sources. This is hands-on with high ownership and a clear path toward Senior Staff.

Formación

• 7+ years in data engineering with production pipelines.
• Expert SQL and data modeling for cloud warehouses.
• dbt in production with incremental models.
• Production orchestration with Airflow or Dagster.
• Warehouse internals and performance tuning.
• Bias toward correctness with tests and lineage.
• Solid Python for pipeline tooling.
• Experience with messy source systems and changing schemas.
• Collaborative mentorship with backend and AI teams.

Responsabilidades

• Own major subsystems of the data foundation from pipelines to models.
• Implement end-to-end data transformations across the warehouse.
• Build reliable, auditable data lineage and reconciliation.
• Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
